Notice of application for a licence to abstract water

Take notice that an application is being made to the Environment Agency, Anglian Region, by A. J. Edwards & Son, Harling Farm, East Harling, Norfolk NR16 2JE, for a licence to abstract 68.2 cubic metres per hour, 1,500 cubic metres per day and 90,900 cubic metres per year, between April and September annually, from a borehole at National Grid Reference TM 0016 8705, in the parish of Harling in the district of Breckland, in the county of Norfolk. The water is required for spray irrigation. The application is to renew licence number 6/33/44/G/240 with no changes.   A copy of the application and any map, plan or other document submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at Harling Farm, East Harling, Norfolk NR16 2JE, at all reasonable hours during the period beginning on 16th February 1998, and ending on 16th March 1998.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so, in writing, to the Environment Agency, Bromholme Lane, Brampton, Huntingdon PE18 8NE, before the end of the said period.
