Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Horsfields, 8 Manchester Road, Bury, Lancashire BL9 0ED, on 10th March 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
