Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 42 George Street, Reading, Berkshire RG1 7NT, on 4th March 1998, at 12 noon, for the following purposes: to consider and if thought fit, approve the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account; to approve or otherwise the amount or basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration as shown in the aforesaid receipts and payments account; to empower the Liquidator to dispose of the books and papers of the Company twelve months after dissolution and to accept the resignation of D.
