Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at J. W. Lewis & Co., 1st Floor, 62 High Street, Hanham, Bristol BS15 3DR, on 17th March 1998, at 10.15 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator on or before 16th March 1998. Proxies lodged after 12 noon on 16th March 1998, will not be accepted. J. W.
