Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at The Surrey Hills Hotel, Horsham Road, Beare Green, Dorking, Surrey, on 12th MArch 1998, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and hearing any explanation from the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. The proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. R.
