Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 3-5 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD1 7JH, on 6th March 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.05 a.m., to be followed at 10.15 a.m. and 10.20 a.m., by an Annual and Final Meeting of Creditors for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding-up.
