Notice to Pensioners, Members and potential beneficiaries of the Hayes Shell-Cast Pension Scheme

The Trustees of the Hayes Shell-Cast Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) which provided benefits for employees of Hayes Shell-Cast Limited wish to trace past employees or dependants of deceased employees of the Company who are, or may have been entitled to retirement or death benefits under this scheme.   The Trustees wish to secure the benefits for the Pension Fund & Life Assurance Scheme Members and their beneficiaries through purchase of annuity policies with a leading Life Assurance Company. Once the benefits are secured the Pension Fund and Life Assurance Scheme will be wound up.   If you were a member of, or are in receipt of, a benefit from the Scheme mentioned above and your have not been contacted recently by the Trustees advising your of your options, you should write to The Trustees of the Hayes Shell-Cast Pension Scheme, c/o Miss L.
