Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, General Meetings of the above-named Companies will be held at No. 1 Riding House Street, London W1A 3AS, on 6th March 1998, at 10 a.m., 10.30 a.m., 11 a.m., 11.30 a.m., 12 noon, 12.30 p.m., 1 p.m., 1.30 p.m., 2 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members showing the manner in which the Companies were disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraodinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Companies and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Companies.
