ALLIED TRANSMISSION SERVICES LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Pennant House, Saleem Street, Etruria, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 5PR, on 16th February 1998 at 11 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act, to have laid before it a statement as to the affairs of the Company, to nominate one or more Insolvency Practitioners as Liquidators and, if thought fit, to establish a Liquidation Committee. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Clark Lindsay, Apex Business Centre, Unit 1 a Apex House, Stump Lane, Chorley, Lancashire PR6 0DE, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on 12th February 1998 and 13th February 1998. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person), lodge their proxies at Clark Lindsay, Apex Business Centre, Unit 1 a Apex House, Stump Lane, Chorley, Lancashire PR6 0DE, no later than 12 noon on 13th February 1998. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a Creditor will not be entitled to vote unless his proof has been lodged and admitted for voting purposes. A proof may be lodged by submitting a written statement of claim clearly setting out the name and address of the Creditor and the amount claimed. Whilst proofs may be lodged at any time before voting commences, Creditors intending to vote at the Meeting are requested to send them with their proxies.
