LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON

The Sutton (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (No. 2) (Consolidation No. 2) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton made the above-mentioned Order on Monday, 2nd February 1998, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991.   The principal objective of the Order is to consolidate into one Order all existing waiting and loading restrictions in the London Borough of Sutton. A Schedule of Orders consolidated is included in this Order.   A copy of the Order, which will come into effect on Monday, 16th February 1998, can be examined at the Civic Offices, St. Nicholas Way, Sutton, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday; and Environmental Services, 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.   If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or any of its provisions, on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any Instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
