At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Station Street Buildings, Huddersfield HD1 1LZ, on 29th January 1998, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Rodger Colin John Taylor, of KPMG, The Fountain Precinct, 1 Balm Green, Sheffield S1 3AF, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” G.
