Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Moore Stephens Booth White, Sidcup House, 12-18 Station Road, Sidcup DA15 7EX, on 4th March 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s Acts and Dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
