Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of Comenet Technology Limited will be held at The Guide Hut, Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, on Monday, 9th February 1998, at 3.15 p.m., for the purposes provided for in sections 98 and 100. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of Phillips Cain, 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, on the two business days falling next before the day of the Meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge a full statement of account (proof of debt) along with an originally signed proxy, at 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, no later than 12 noon, on Friday, 6th February 1998.
