A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up and giving an explanation of it. The Meeting will be held at Baker Tilly, 1 Gillingham House, Pannells Court, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4EU, on 4th March 1998, at 2 p.m. A Meeting of Creditors for a like purpose will be held at the same date and place at 2.15 p.m. Proxy forms must be lodged with me not later than 4 p.m. on the working day preceding the Meeting to enable Members or Creditors to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
