Notice is hereby given that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset TA1 2UH, on 11th March 1998, at 10.15 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxyholder to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the above address by no later than 12 noon on the day preceding the Meetings. T. A.
