Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 185 North Road, Southall, Middlesex UB1 2JZ, on Monday, 2nd March 1998, at 2.30 p.m. and 3 p.m. respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged at E. F. Cookey-Gam & Co., 129 Selsdon Park Road, South Croydon, Surrey CR2 8JJ, no later than 4 p.m. on 28th February 1998. E. F.
