In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 006132 of 1997In the Matter of UK PLASTIC FABRICATIONS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of The Bungalow, Halstead Road, Lexden Heath, Colchester, this being the address of James Fern, a person in this country registered under section 691 of the Companies Act 1985 with the register of Companies as being authorised to accept service on behalf of the Company, service of process and any notice required to be served on the Company, presented on 3rd December 1997 by Simona UK Limited, of Telford Drive, Brookmead Industrial Park, Stafford, Staffordshire, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 18th February 1998, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 17th February 1998.
