Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 69-71 High Street, Harpenden, Hertfordshire AL5 2SL, on Tuesday, 24th February 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
