In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 6007 of 1997In the Matter of TRANSWORLD INTERNATIONAL GB LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at 14-16 Mount Ephriam Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1EE, presented on 27th November 1997 by John David Ariel, Thomas Merchant Burton and Neale Jackson, of Enterprise House, 83 a Western Road, Hove, East Sussex, the Supervisors of a Company Voluntary Arrangement under section 6 of the Insolvency Act 1986 which was approved by Creditors on 13th January 1998, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on Wednesday, 4th February 1998, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 3rd February 1998.
