Notice is hereby given that M. C. Bowker, of Jacksons Insolvency Practitioners, 75 Kingsway, Rochdale OL16 5HN, was appointed Liquidator for the above-named Company on 16th December 1997. Creditors are required to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Liquidator on or before 1st March 1998, and, if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, personally or by their Solicitor, to come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution amde before such debts are proved.
