Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Albert Chambers, 221-223 Chingford Mount Road, London E4 8LP, on Friday, 27th February 1998, at 12 noon, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be furnished by the Liquidator, and to pass a Resolution as to the disposal of the books, accounts and documents of the Company.
