WHITAKERS (BOLTON) LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Keogh Ritson, 59 Chorley New Road, Bolton BL1 4QP, on 23rd December 1997, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company is wound up voluntarily, and that William Michael Cliff, of Cooper Lancaster Brewers, being authorised to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the Company, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.” J.
