The estate of Mark Jospeh, formerly residing at 54 Deevale Crescent, Kincorth, AB12 5RL and now residing at 6 Deevale Gardens, Kincorth, Aberdeen AB12 6PD was sequestrated by the sheriff at Aberdeen on Monday 22nd March 2004 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alistair W Duthie Esq, Duthie Ward & Co., 42 Carden Place, Aberdeen AB9 1UP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Monday 22nd March 2004.
