Further to the notice given that Sea Generation (Kyle Rhea) Ltd, registered in Faraday House, Sir William Siemens Square, Frimley, Camberley, Surrey, GU16 8QD (Company No. 05700475) applied to the Scottish Ministers for consent to construct and operate Kyle Rhea Tidal Array, located between the Isle of Skye and mainland Scotland to the north of Kylerhea village on the west and Glenelg on the east (within an area bounded by 179432,823043; 179825,822521; 179434,821314; 178923,821196, British National Grid, Projection: Transverse Mercator, Datum: OSGB 1936). The installed capacity of the proposed generating station would be 8 MW.

Notice is hereby given that additional information (in the form of the first Statutory Consultee response) has been received by Scottish Ministers on this application. Copies of this information have been forwarded to Highland Council to be made available for public inspection by being placed on the planning register.

Representations should be dated and should clearly state the name (in block capitals) and full return email or postal address of those making representations.
