PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT STREET RECORD THE SHORE NEWBURGH FIFE
Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to Fife Council by Newburgh Community Trust, Mr Andrew Arbuckle, Fliskmillan Cottage, Newburgh, Fife, KY14 6HN relating to the planning application (Ref: 13/00974/EIA) for Repair works to pier/sea walls, installation of 2 floating pontoons, bollards and ladders, upgrading of footpath, and dredging works
A copy of the environmental statement and the associated planning application may be viewed online at www.fifedirect.org.uk/planning or inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the planning authority for the area at Enterprise
Planning and Protective Services, Kingdom House, Kingdom Avenue, Glenrothes, Fife KY7 5LY during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Mr Andrew Arbuckle, Newburgh Community Trust at a cost of £20 in paper format or £10 for CD format. The non technical summary is available for £10, separately on request.
Any person who wishes to make representations to Fife Council about the environmental statement should make them online at www.fifedirect.org.uk/planning or in writing within that period to the Council at Fife Council, Enterprise Planning and Protective Services, Kingdom House, Kingdom Avenue, Glenrothes, Fife KY7 5LY.
