Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Robinson Investments has transferred its entire interest in Keyhaven Capital Partners I, L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5025 (the “Partnership” ), to Robinson Partners. As a result, Robinson Partners has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Robinson Investments has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
