Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 8 February 2013 (the “Effective Date”) each of (i) AEA Investors Fund V LP; (ii) AEA Investors Fund V-A LP; (iii) AEA Investors Fund V-B LP; (iv) AEA Investors QP Participant Fund V LP; and (v) AEA Investors Participant Fund V LP (together the “Original Partners”) transferred part of their interest in NES Global Talent LP (the “Partnership”) together with all associated rights, duties and obligations arising therefrom (the “Transferred Interests”) to each of (i) ATRF (NEB) Ltd; (ii) OHIM Strategic Partners L.P.; (iii) Nova Private Equity Partners III L.P.; (iv) Philanthropar Investments L.P.; (v) PVE Investors I-C L.P.; (vi) Terrebonne Investments L.P.; and (vii) Windfall Investments L.P. (the “Transferees”) and that with effect from the Effective Date the Transferees assumed all rights and obligations in the Transferred Interests and were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
