1. Pursuant to Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act where the Company be wound up voluntarily;

2. That Julie Swan and Mark Phillips of Pitman Cohen Recoveries be appointed Joint Liquidators;

3. That the Joint Liquidators be entitled to act both jointly and severally.
