I, Stewart MacDonald, Chartered Accountant, Allan House, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NL, hereby give notice that in terms of Rule 4.19 (as modified by Rule 5) of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, that on 21 June 2012, I was appointed Liquidator of the above named Company by resolution of the First Meeting of Creditors. A Liquidation Committee was established.

All creditors who have not already lodged a statement of their claim are requested to do so on or before 21 August 2012.
