Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at KLM, 45 Hope Street, Glasgow, on 6 July 2012, at 10.15 am, for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act.

In accordance with the provisions of the said Act, a list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at KLM, 45 Hope Street, Glasgow G2 6AE, during normal business hours on the two business days prior to the date of this meeting.

Creditors should forward a detailed statement of their account, showing VAT if applicable and nay security held or claimed as soon as practicable to the company c/o Kenneth G. Le May, KLM, 45 Hope Street, Glasgow.
