PLANNING PERMISSION APPEAL: FORM OF WIND FARM COMPRISING OF 6 TURBINES AND ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE, INCLUDING ACCESS TRACK, CONTROL BUILDING, ETC; AREA OF LAND ON SE OF CAIRD’S HILL, APPROX 3KM SOUTH OF KEITH AND 11KM NE OF DUFFTOWN

Notice is hereby given that further environmental information comprising an updated cumulative landscape and visual assessment and a residential amenity study has been submitted to The Scottish Ministers by Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP on behalf of Vento Ludens Ltd. This environmental information relates to a planning application 10/02092/EIA in respect of the above development submitted to Moray council on 11 December 2010 which has been allocated to a reporter appointed by Scottish Ministers.

A copy of the further environmental information together with the associated planning application may be inspected at The Moray Council, Development Management Section, High Street, Elgin IV30 1BX.
