Notice is hereby given that on 28 May 2012 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court in Aberdeen by Graham Matthews for an Order in terms of Section 1031 of the Companies Act 2006 to restore Onstream Developments Limited to the Register of Companies, and the Sheriff, by Deliverance dated 29 May 2012, appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within twenty-one days after such intimation, service or advertisement.
