EAST LOTHIAN COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, HADDINGTON) (TOWN CENTRE ONE-WAY SYSTEM) ORDER 2011

Notice is hereby given that EAST LOTHIAN COUNCIL has made an order in terms of Sections 1(1) and 2(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.

The order was made on Monday 25th June 2012 and shall have effect from Monday 2nd July 2012

A copy of the order, of the accompanying map and the Council’s statement of reasons for making this Order are available for inspection during office hours at the reception desks of East Lothian Council Offices at; John Muir House, Haddington from 9am Friday 29th June to 4pm Friday 11th August 2012.

ANY PERSON may question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of the Act or relevant regulations have not been complied with, by making application to the Court of Session within 6 weeks of the Order being made.
