Notice is hereby given that on 26 March 2012 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Livingston Sheriff Court by the Directors of Elonics Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC256532) and having its registered office at Alba Centre, Alba Campus, Livingston, West Lothian EH54 7EG (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court; that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff, by Interlocutor dated 29 March 2012, appointed the Petition to be intimated, served and advertised as craved; allowed any party claiming an interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and meantime, until the prayer of the Petition for a Winding Up Order has been granted or refused, nominated and appointed Elizabeth Galbraith Mackay, of Zolfo Cooper, Cornerstone, 107 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 2BA to be Interim Liquidator of the Company with the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, of all of which notice is hereby given.
