Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been lodged with the Court of Session on behalf of the Scottish Ministers, Civil Recovery Unit, c/o 25 Chambers Street, Edinburgh EH1 1LA, for the restoration of the name of Q-Tech Distribution Limited, company number SC208132, having its last registered office at Richard Beattie, 63 Carlton Place, Glasgow, to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006.

Any person intending to show cause as to why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted should lodge Answers in the hands of the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, within 5 days of this advertisement under Certification.
