Notice is hereby given that, in terms of section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above company will be held at the offices of Ritson Young, Chartered Accountants, 28 High Street, Nairn IV12 4AU on Thursday 24 February 2011, at 12.00 noon for the purposes specified in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act.

A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Ritson Young, Chartered Accountants, 28 High Street, Nairn IV12 4AU during the two business days preceeding the above meeting.

All creditors whose claims are unsecured, in whole or in part, are entitled to attend in person or by proxy, and a resolution will be passed by a majority in value of those voting. Creditors may vote whose claims and proxies have been submitted and accepted at the meeting or lodge beforehand at the above offices.
