Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above named Company will be held at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, within the offices of Moore & Co, 65 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 2BX, on 31 March 2011 for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up and to determine whether or not I should be released as Liquidator.

A Creditor entitled to attend or vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend or vote on his behalf. A resolution will be passed only if a majority in value of those voting by person or proxy vote in favour. Proxies must be lodged with me at or before the meeting.
