I, Alexander Iain Fraser, Suite 2B, Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen AB10 1UD hereby give notice that by Interlocutor of the Court of Session dated 10 December 2009, my co-director, Thomas Campbell MacLennan, and I were appointed Joint Interim Liquidators of the above company.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 138(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.12 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, the first meeting of creditors of the Company will be held at the Palm Court Hotel, 81 Seafield Road, Aberdeen AB15 7YX on 18 January 2010 at 12.00 noon, for the purpose of choosing a Liquidator and considering any other resolutions specified in Rule 4.12(3) of the aforementioned rules.

Meantime any creditor of the above-named company is invited to submit details of their claim to the address below.
