Pursuant to Rule 4.18(4) of The Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, I, Kenneth W Pattullo of Begbies Traynor, Atholl Exchange, 6 Canning Street, Edinburgh EH3 8EG, give notice that, on 22 December 2009, my partner I Scott McGregor and I were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the above Company by Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh.

A Liquidation Committee was not formed. Accordingly, I give notice that I do not intend to summon a further meeting for the purposes of establishing a Liquidation Committee unless one-tenth, in value, of the Creditors require me to do so in terms of Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
