Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, JPMorgan Chase Bank (London Branch) has transferred:

1.  one half of its interest in Beechbrook Mazzanine I GPLP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL6761 (the “Partnership”), to Paul Shea; and

2.  one half of its interest in the Partnership to Nick Fenn.

JPMorgan Chase Bank (London Branch) has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.

Both Paul Shea and Nick Fenn are existing limited partners of the Partnership.
