Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Nikko Cordial Alternative Investments Partnership transferred its interest in European Buy-Out Opportunities I Feeder Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5225, to Nikko Cordial Securities Inc. and Nikko Cordial Securities Inc. was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership and Nikko Cordial Alternative Investments Partnership ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership all with effect from 31 December 2009.
