Notice is hereby given that on 10 December 2009 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Gogi Limited for the name of Gogi Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC293162 and having its Registered Office at 72 Gordon Street, Glasgow G1 3RN, to be restored to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Deliverance dated 10 December 2009 appointed the said Petition and Deliverance to be advertised once in The Edinburgh Gazette and the Herald newspapers and appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days of such intimation, service of advertisement under certification of which notice is hereby given.
