ORDINARY RESOLUTION
“That Irene Harbottle of W D Robb & Co, 1 Royal Exchange Court, 85 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3DB be and she is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding-up.
