In a summary application presented to the Sheriff Court of Tayside, Central and Fife at Dundee in terms of Section 6 of the above Act at the instance of Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Business Innovation and Skills in respect of Gerard Campbell, on 9 September 2009, the Sheriff ordered the following:
The Sheriff, having heard the Applicant’s Agent, Grants a Disqualification Order under Section 6(1) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 against Gerard Campbell, residing at Danecroft, 125 Kylepark Drive, Uddingston, Glasgow G71 7DD, for a period of 4 years ordering that he shall not be a director of a Company, act as a receiver of a Company’s property, or in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of a Company unless (in each case) he has the leave of the court and ordering that he shall not act as an insolvency practitioner; Directs that the making of the said Order be registered by Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills; Appoints intimation of the Order to be made once in The Edinburgh Gazette, and thereafter; Finds the Defender liable to the Pursuer in expenses, Allows an Account thereof to be given in and Remits the same, when lodged, to the Auditor of Court to tax and to report, all of which notice is hereby given.
