Notice is hereby given that an application was on 3 July 2009 presented to Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice by BNP Paribas Wealth Management S.A. ( BNPP ) and Bank Insinger de Beaufort N.V. ( IdB ) for an order under Section 111 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 sanctioning a scheme (the Scheme ) for the transfer of the business of BNPP’s London branch to IdB.

A statement setting out the terms of the Scheme and the complete scheme document may be obtained by any person free of charge on application by writing to BNPP at 10 Harewood Avenue, London NW1 6AA before the making of an order sanctioning the Scheme. Customers of BNPP’s London branch may also obtain further information by contacting their usual Relationship Manager/Account Officer of BNPP’s Scheme advice service on 020 7595 1677 (Brigitte Ribouleau).

The application is directed to be heard before the Applications Judge at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL on 27 October 2009. Any person who alleges that he or she would be adversely affected by the carrying out of the Scheme may appear at the hearing in person or by counsel or solicitor advocate. Any person who intends to appear is requested to give notice in writing of such intention, and if possible the reasons thereof, to the solicitors named below not less than two clear days before the hearing.
