Notice is hereby given that in a Petition by Edmund Marshall Martin craving the Court to order the name of EDS Management Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under registered number SC226242 and having its registered office at 30 Canmore Street, Dunfermline, Fife KY12 7NT, to be restored to the Register of Companies, the Sheriff of Tayside Central and Fife at Dunfermline by Interlocutor dated 24 September 2009 inter alia ordered any person wishing to object to the crave of the application to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dunfermline within eight days of service and advertisement.
