Notice is hereby given that on 29 September 2009, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Arbroath by Carnoustie Trading Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts having its Registered Office at 14 Guthrie Street, Carnoustie DD7 6EN craving the Court inter alia that the Company be restored to the Register of Companies in Scotland; of which Petition the Sheriff at Arbroath by Interlocutor dated 29 September 2009, appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Arbroath within 21 days after intimation advertisement or service, all of which notice is hereby given.
