Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors will be held within the offices of French Duncan LLP, 104 Quarry Street, Hamilton ML3 7AX, on Thursday 29 October 2009, at 10.30 am and 10.45 am respectively, for the purpose of having a final account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the Company’s property has been disposed of. The Meetings will also determine whether the Liquidator should be released in terms of section 173 of the said Act and will consider a Resolution to allow the Liquidator to dispose of both her own and the Company’s books, accounts and documents three months after the date of the Meeting.
