Notice is hereby given that on 25 September 2009 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Blair Carnegie Nimmo, having a place of business at 191 West George Street, Glasgow and Gerard Anthony Friar, having a place of business at 191 West George Street, Glasgow, the Joint Administrators of Langvale Limited (in administration), a Company incorporated under the laws of Scotland and having its Registered Office formerly at 6 Atholl Crescent, Perth PH1 5JN and now at KPMG LLP, 191 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LJ (“the Company”) seeking inter alia that the Court grant an order to extend the period of administration of the Company until 16 October 2010. The Court made an order dated 30 September 2009 that the application be advertised in The Edinburgh Gazette and that any party claiming an interest in the application lodge Answers to it, if so advised, at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ, within 14 days of that advertisement.
