TRANSFER OF PARTNERSHIP INTEREST
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Arcus Infrastructure Investments LLP (registered number OC344798) of 21 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2DY has assigned its entire share as a limited partner in the Partnership to Arcus Infrastructure Investments 2 (registered number OC346666) of 21 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2DY, so that with effect from the date of this announcement, Arcus Infrastructure Investments LLP will cease to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Arcus Infrastructure Investments 2 will become a limited partner in relation to the transferred share.
